Refund policy

Returns are accepted on all stock items if requested within 48 hours. Items must be returned, unworn, unused, lace uncut, and in its original packaging within 5 working days. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the return and inspection. Medusa Hair Creations will not refund return postage.

Bespoke and custom orders cannot be refunded. Cancellations of bespoke and custom orders will not be processed.
