I’m new to wearing hair units and I am not sure what I need - can you help?
Of course! Booking a free consultation is the best way for us to inform you of all the different hair units that are available as well as how they work, longevity, products and anything else that you wish to discuss. If you’re not sure wether a hair loss unit is right for you, not sure if you need a topper or a wig or you simply want to start wearing alternative hair were here to help and advise. You can book a consultation using the ‘Book Now’ section on the home page of our website.
What happens during a consultation?
Consultations are free of charge and take place via teams. We will discuss your needs and options as well as your lifestyle to help reach your requirements. Colour matching, sizing, quotes etc are all discussed during this time. We will also show you any units that you wish to see as well as how they are fitted on a live model. This process typically lasts for one hour.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items listed as ready to post will be processed within one working day.You will receive an email with your tracking number. UK customers - your order is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Customers outside of the UK - your order is sent via a courier depending on your location, you will receive an email to inform you which carrier this is as well as your tracking number. Please note that Medusa Hair Creations LTD is not responsible for any fees added by customs.
Bespoke orders have varying times depending on the amount of time required in order to complete your chosen unit. You can find a guidance on this in each listing.
What if I need some cutting completed before you send my order?
Simply email - info@medusahaircreations.com with your order number and your requirements. This will be completed for you free of charge.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay via debit & credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
I can’t see what I need on your website - can I place a custom order?
Of course - please email info@medusahaircreations.com with your requirements. Photos help if possible please! We can then create a no obligation quote for you.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns on stock items - you will find in each items description wether it is a stock or custom item but please get in touch if you are unsure before purchasing.
Stock items are eligible for return if requested within 48 hours of receiving your item. Your item must be returned unworn, unused, lace uncut, hair uncut and with no alterations in its original packaging.
Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the return. Medusa Hair Creations will not refund return postage. We do not charge a restock fee. We highly recommend returning your item to us via Royal Mail Special delivery as the cost of your item is covered in the event of your parcel not being returned to us.
Please note - if you ask us to complete any alterations including cutting and colour work to your stock item before sending it to you, this becomes a custom order.
Custom orders as listed on each item are not eligible for refund or return as it has been created specifically to your individual requirements.
Medusa Hair Creations does not accept cancellations of custom orders.
Custom orders take different amounts of time depending on your requirements. You will find a production time in each items description which typically ranges from five working days to 28 working days.
